East Baltimore transformation makes former Obrycki's site appealing
The vacant Obrycki’s site in Upper Fells Point is drawing some interest from potential restaurateurs.
But Margaret Meginniss, the broker trying to lease the site, said it’s not the storied history as a crab house favorite that’s driving the interest. It has a lot more to do with the ongoing transformation of the East Baltimore neighborhood from Johns Hopkins Hospital to Fells Point.
