East Baltimore master plan revisions approved
The city’s planning board approved Thursday revisions to the master plan for an 88-acre redevelopment project in East Baltimore.
Under the revised plan, new residential development is centered around a 6-acre central park named Eager Park. The overall project, overseen by East Baltimore Development Inc., is being developed by Forest City Enterprises Inc.
