Duncan enters race for Montgomery County executive

At a gathering of nearly 100 business leaders this week, former Montgomery County Executive Douglas Duncan told supporters he plans to run again for his old job, the Washington Post reported.

If elected it would be Duncan's fourth term as county executive, a post he held from 1994 to 2006, at which time he abruptly dropped his bid for governor amid a diagnosis of depression.
