Downtown Baltimore named a 'Top ArtPlace' in 2013

Downtown Baltimore ranks on a new list of “America’s Top ArtPlaces 2013.”

ArtPlace, an initiative to accelerate creative placemaking, ranks 45 U.S. neighborhoods based on their number of arts-related businesses and nonprofits, percentage of workers in a creative occupation, walkability, percentage of independent businesses and number of retail and service businesses. The consulting firm Impresa Inc. conducted research for the report.
