Downtown Baltimore building's auction delayed again

An auction of the 12-story, 67,300-square-foot building at 101 N. Charles St. in downtown Baltimore has been postponed for a second time.

GoIndustry DoveBid Inc. was scheduled to auction off the partially converted hotel building Nov. 27. But Gilbert A. Schwartzman, a senior vice president for the auction house, said the lender called off the auction and will reschedule it in the coming weeks.
