Dooby’s Coffee in Mount Vernon approved for liquor license

The Baltimore City liquor board approved one new liquor license at its meeting Thursday and postponed the hearings for several other establishments.

Dooby's Coffee at 800 N. Charles St., the former Donna's location, was approved for a new Class B beer, wine and liquor license. The Mount Vernon restaurant and coffee shop plans to open in the spring.
