Developer Patrick Turner ordered to pay $101K for Westport work
A judge has approved an order for developer Patrick Turner to pay Dixie Construction Co. $101,185 for work the firm did on the stalled Westport Waterfront development.
Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Jeffrey Geller granted Dixie Construction’s order of default against Turner’s holdings company, Inner Harbor West LLC, on Dec. 10. The order alleged that Inner Harbor West LLC had not responded to the Churchville-based construction company’s complaint filed in city court on Aug. 6.
