Derailment of CSX train carrying acid causes scare in Cecil

Accident north of Elkton did not cause leak, remains under investigation

Just before midnight Wednesday, three words brought a stream of emergency crews and hazardous materials units to a wooded corner of Cecil County just north of the Interstate 95 corridor: liquid sulfuric acid.
