Defense contractor cutting 25 jobs in Frederick

FREDERICK, Md. (AP) — State officials say a national security contractor is cutting 25 jobs in Frederick. The Frederick News-Post reported Thursday that Sotera Defense Solutions Inc., of Herndon, Va., has filed a layoff notice with the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation.
