Defendant in Turner's Westport lawsuit files for Ch. 11 bankruptcy protection
One of the defendants in Baltimore developer Patrick Turner’s $225 million lawsuit filed for bankruptcy Thursday, listing Turner’s Inner Harbor West company as one of its largest creditors.
Warhorse-Baltimore Real Estate, a Las Vegas holdings company, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Nevada on Feb. 21.
