David S. Brown's Metro Centre rises over Owings Mills subway station

The landscape near the Owings Mills Metro Subway Station is starting to show signs of the robust activity to come.

David S. Brown Enterprises Ltd. has finished installing beams on the first of two five-story apartment buildings under construction. The other apartment building should be topped off in two weeks.
