Cync incubator adds 3 new companies 

Northrop Grumman Corp., a defense company whose Electronic Systems unit is located in Linthicum, and the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, have expanded the Cync program, a cybersecurity technology incubator initiative, to include three additional companies, among them the program's first international cyber provider.
