CSX targets fall construction for Baltimore intermodal facility

CSX Transportation hopes to finalize plans for the proposed South Baltimore intermodal facility by spring as the company continues to work with the state to pay for the project.

CSX (NYSE: CSX) hopes to present plans for the intermodal facility to Baltimore communities by April, said Sharon Daboin, resident vice president for state relations and community affairs for CSX.
