Crownsville dump owner faces $32M in fines

The Maryland Department of the Environment has filed an injunction to get a Crownsville tire dump cleaned up, the Annapolis Capital reported. The property's owners, Louis Alfred Boehm Jr. and Joseph Thompson Boehm, face as much as $32 million in civil penalties.
