Condo sales increase in Ocean City

Ocean City is experiencing a 25 percent reduction in the inventory of unsold condominiums, including multimillion-dollar properties, according to data released by the Coastal Association of Realtors, the Associated Press reported.

The data also show that contracts are up 14 percent, and settlements are up 5.6 percent.
