Comstock plans apartments, townhomes at Shady Grove
Comstock Holding Cos. Inc., a Washington, D.C., homebuilder, will break ground on a residential development adjacent to the Shady Grove Metro Station in Rockville this spring, the Washington Business Journal reported.
Bethesda-based EagleBank is providing construction financing, though development costs weren't disclosed. Comstock acquired the land in late-December.
