Comptroller's lawsuit over city phone system dismissed by court

Circuit Judge Pamela J. White on Wednesday dismissed Baltimore City Comptroller Joan M. Pratt's lawsuit claiming Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake illegally installed a new municipal phone system, the Baltimore Sun reported.

"These are serious matters,"White said. "These are serious allegations. These are serious concerns for all of Baltimore's citizens. But they are not legally cognizant in this court at this time."
