Commercial real estate websites rise in popularity
Most websites of office buildings tend to be simple and buried deep inside a landlord's corporate home page. But marketing teams for some New York office buildings are blending the splash of an ad campaign used to sell apartments with the historically low-key, brochure-based approach, The New York Times reports.
These new sites are filled with animation, videos and are publicizing details about the inner workings of the building to add transparency to an otherwise mystifying business.
