On Nov. 30, we’ll have two Lists about corporate board members: the highest-paid, and the most active. Both Lists were compiled using the proxy statements of all public companies with headquarters in the Baltimore area, filed with the SEC this year.
For the highest-paid, we ranked it by total director compensation, including cash fees and stock awards (but not including executive pay). For the most active, we ranked using a scoring system drawing from seven different categories: number…
