Columbia medical building sells for $20.6M
A Columbia medical building has fetched one of the highest sale prices in the last several years for a health care-related office complex in Greater Baltimore.
Aequus I LLC has sold the 56,212-square-foot Charter Professional Building in Columbia for $20.6 million. The building, at 10700 Charter Drive, is on the Howard County General Hospital campus.
Health Care REIT Inc. of Toledo, Ohio, was the buyer.
