Clipper Mill Overlook's final eight homes up for sale

Integrated Construction Management Group of Baltimore is selling eight yet-to-be-built homes in the city’s Clipper Mill neighborhood.

The homes, adjacent to the north end of Druid Hill Park, include four floors with more than 3,300 square feet of space with high ceilings, exposed wood beams and stainless steel appliances. Construction is scheduled to start before the end of the year.
