City police department could end fiscal year with $4.3M deficit

The Baltimore Police Department is on target to end the current fiscal year with a $4.3 million deficit, WBAL-TV Channel 11 reported Tuesday.

"We have to find balance," Police Commissioner Anthony Batts said, blaming the deficit on overtime to cover vacancies.
