Cassidy Turley seeks to fill space at Annapolis Junction
Cassidy Turley is in search of tenants for a 144,571-square-foot distribution warehouse in Annapolis Junction.
The company won the listing on behalf of Boston-based TA Associates Realty. Jarred Testa and Tilghman Herring, with Cassidy Turley’s Baltimore core industrial leasing team, is handling the leasing.
The warehouse at 9060 Junction Drive can accommodate tenants ranging in size from 30,000 square feet to 77,000 square feet, said Testa, a senior vice president.
