Cassidy Turley begins marketing WRIT medical portfolio

Cassidy Turley has begun seeking buyers for Washington Real Estate Investment Trust's 1.5 million-square-foot medical office portfolio, which stretches from Greater Baltimore to Centreville.

In an investment sales brochure posted to its website, Cassidy Turley estimates the offering is the largest medical office portfolio to be put on the Washington, D.C.-Baltimore market in in the past 10 years and could give the right buyer an "instant presence" in the metro area's medical office market.
