Burglaries in Monkton, Sparks and Phoenix spur mass email from police

Cars, homes looted in North County area

Police are asking North County residents to be on the lookout for suspicious cars or people after a recent string of home burglaries. Cockeysville police precinct's assistant commander Lt. Robert McGraw sent out a mass email on Jan. 10 about burglaries in Monkton, Sparks and Phoenix.
