Booming Bethesda project bristles residents

Since the start of December, construction crews have been blasting through layers of bedrock to pave the way for a $150 million mixed-use construction project in the heart of Bethesda Row, The Washington Post reports.

This project will transform what was a parking lot across from Barnes & Noble into 88 condominiums, 162 apartments and 40,000 square feet of commercial space.
