Bill would limit city employees' use of take-home cars

A bill barring city agencies from granting take-home cars to anyone traveling more than 25 miles beyond city limits except on official business was introduced Monday in the Baltimore City Council, the Baltimore Sun reported.

Sponsored by Councilman William H. Cole 4th, the bill has the backing of Council President Bernard C. "Jack" Young, who is a co-sponsor.
