BGE awards $320,000 in emergency response grants
Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. on Wednesday awarded nearly $320,000 in grants to 40 emergency response and safety organizations across the region.
The initiative is a part of a newly launched grant program for BGE designed to support nonprofits focused on preparedness or response and recovery. The organizations had the opportunity to apply for a single grant of up to $10,000.
