Bethesda gets first Class A building in over a decade
Washington D.C.-based developer Akridge and investment partner Rockwood Capital have held an official ribbon-cutting ceremony for Bethesda’s first new Class A office building since 2001, BethesdaNow.com reports.
Akridge and Rockwood purchased the vacant building from the General Services Administration for $12.5 million in 2010 and subsequently replaced everything but the concrete.
