BECO Management changes name of Owings Mills Corporate Center, institutes $15M 'action plan'

After acquiring the 330,000-square-foot Owings Mills Corporate Center, BECO Management Inc. is moving quickly to transform it into a more vibrant office complex.

BECO in late December bought the two-building complex at 10453-10455 Mill Run Circle for a previously undisclosed sum of $14.5 million. Now, the Rockville firm has unveiled a $15 million 100-day action plan to improve the buildings. BECO also has renamed the complex BECO Towers I & II.
