Baltimore's SynTec acquired for $10M
SynTec LLC, a Baltimore maker of liners for landfills, among other drainage and soil reinforcement products, has been bought by a Houston-based company.
GSE Holding Inc. (NYSE: GSE) paid $10 million in cash for privately held SynTec.
SynTec’s cofounders, CEO Giovanni Capra and Executive Vice President Aigen Zhao, will remain with GSE after the deal closes. SynTec has about $20 million in annual revenue.
