Baltimore's Mondawmin Mall to expand by 38,000 s.f., add three stores
Baltimore City’s Mondawmin Mall is planning to add 38,000 square feet of retail space and three new stores.
A 25,000-square-foot Ross Dress for Less will occupy space vacated by the state Motor Vehicle Administration. Deal$, a 10,000-square-foot household goods store, will also join the mall. And another yet-to-be-named retailer will move into a 2,500-square-foot space.
