Baltimore opens storm shelters, closes intersections
Service on Baltimore’s Charm City Circulator has been suspended on Monday because of Hurricane Sandy.
That follows the Monday shutdown of MTA bus and rail service and service on MARC commuter trains.
The city also said Monday that it will open six storm shelters starting today at 9 a.m.
They are:
