Baltimore International College puts Commerce Exchange Building on block
Baltimore International College has put the Commerce Exchange Building at 17 Commerce St. up for sale.
Brian Kruger, Nicholas Signor and Jonathon Chalkley of Cushman & Wakefield Maryland Capital Markets will handle the sale, working with Anthony Liberto and Jeff Pacy of C&W’s Multifamily Advisory Group, and Courtenay Jenkins, senior director of office leasing.
A spokeswoman for Cushman & Wakefield said there is no sale price yet.
