Baltimore home values begin 2013 flat
Baltimore-area home values went unchanged in January, as the national average increased slightly.
Baltimore homes had an average value of $222,100 last month, a zero percent increase from December, according to data from Zillow. The national value increased 0.7 percent to $158,100.
Compared with a year ago, Baltimore home values have climbed 2.4 percent, not as high as the 6.2 percent national increase.
