Baltimore health commissioner talks about proposed liquor license rezoning
I checked in with Baltimore City Health Department Commissioner Dr. Oxiris Barbot on Wednesday morning to chat about the city’s rezoning plans, known as Transform Baltimore.
One measure would reduce the number of liquor licenses available and force wine shops and liquor stores with tavern licenses to devote half their retail space to on-site consumption.
