Baltimore City Community College president steps down

Baltimore City Community College President Carolane Williams is leaving the school, effective immediately, and a national search will begin to find her replacement.

Rosemary Gillett-Karam, who chairs the BCCC board of trustees, would not comment on the specifics leading to Williams' departure. Peggy Bradford, the college’s vice president of academic affairs, will serve as interim president.
