Arundel small business owners, Cardin discuss sequester impact (Video)

U.S. Sen. Benjamin Cardin told business owners from Anne Arundel County on Monday that it will take a balanced approach of spending cuts and revenue-raising tax reforms to solve the sequestration budget battle going on in Washington, D.C.

“I hope it’s the right decision, a balanced approach,” Cardin, a Maryland Democrat, said during a roundtable discussion at Anne Arundel Community College. “The worst thing we can do is make a temporary decision and kick the can down the road.”
