Arundel police corporal admits creating dossiers on Leopold enemies

An Anne Arundel County police corporal told the presiding judge Tuesday in the misconduct-in-office trial of County Executive John R. Leopold he created dossiers on perceived political enemies, helped distribute campaign signs and drove Leopold to parking lots for romantic encounters, the Maryland Daily Record reported.
