Arundel Exec Leopold guilty on 2 counts, suspended from office; Hammond named acting county exec
Anne Arundel County Executive John R. Leopold was found guilty of misconduct in office Tuesday for using his police protection detail to perform political duties and for requiring police and an aide to empty his catheter bag after surgery, and was suspended from office, the Annapolis Capital reported.
