Arundel Co. Council considers removing Leopold from office

A day after Anne Arundel County Executive John R. Leopold was found guilty of misconduct in office, the County Council held an emergency meeting Wednesday to take up a resolution to remove him from office, WBAL-TV Channel 11 reported.
