Armstrong refuses interview under oath with USADA

Cyclist Lance Armstrong refused Wednesday to submit to a tell-all interview under oath with the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency regarding his admitted use of banned substances, the Associated Press reported. After a decade of denial the disgraced cyclist admitted last month on the Oprah Winfrey show he had in fact used illegal drugs to win his seven Tour de France titles.
