Armada Hoffler sees opportunities for development in Baltimore
Armada Hoffler is well known in Baltimore thanks to the firm’s construction work in Harbor East. But the Virginia Beach, Va.-based company wants to become a developer in the city starting with its project for Johns Hopkins University.
