Apple store said to be coming to downtown Washington

While there have been no confirmations from the developer or from Apple Inc., the technology giant might be opening a store at CityCenterDC, according to key sources in the retail industry, the Washington Post reported.

Observers of the construction have taken note of an extremely large and prominent retail space being constructed. The first phase of CityCenterDC is under construction and due to be largely completed by October by developer Hines.
