Anne Arundel County warehouse sells for $13.7M
A Boston real estate firm has acquired a 205,000-square-foot Anne Arundel County warehouse.
TA Associates Realty bought the Capitol Express building in Jessup for $13.7 million. Stayton Station LLC was the seller.
The Class C industrial building is at 8125 Stayton Drive.
The 40-year-old building is fully occupied by one tenant, Capitol Express Inc., which has leased it since 1993. The company’s lease runs through December 2019. Capitol Express is a trucking and distribution company.
