Anne Arundel considering tax breaks to revitalize districts

The Anne Arundel County Council is considering tax credits for property owners that are willing to raze and construct new buildings, the Annapolis Capital reported.

If the county approveds the bill proffered by the county administration, these property owners would be eligible for tax credits, expanding the breaks currently offered to owners of properties in targeted revitalization areas that spend at least $50,000 on upgrades.
