With public hearings this week, Governor Martin O’Malley’s agenda has been completely unfurled, and the General Assembly is expected soon to get to the business of votes. WYPR’s News Director Joel McCord gets some details from State House Bureau Chief Karen Hosler. They discuss bills aimed at curbing guns, repealing the death penalty, and raising more money for transportation projects.
