Annapolis' Mills Fine Wine changes hands

The Donner family sold Mills Fine Wine & Spirits after nearly 70 years of owning the downtown Annapolis store, the Capital reported. Husband and wife team Jerry and Jennifer Donahoe, both U.S. Naval Academy graduates, bought the business for an undisclosed sum.
