American City Business Journals acquires Streetwise Media
American City Business Journals (ACBJ), the nation’s largest print and online publisher of local business news and owner of the Baltimore Business Journal, said Friday it has acquired Streetwise Media, a fast-growing digital media company catering to young business people in Washington and Boston.
Charlotte, N.C.-based ACBJ, a unit of Advance Publications, declined to disclose terms of the transaction.
Streetwise currently operates two websites – BostInno in Boston and InTheCapital in D.C.…
