American Airlines, US Airways name integration leaders

US Airways Group Inc. President Scott Kirby and American Airlines Chief Restructuring Officer Bev Goulet will lead the oversight of integration planning that would help mesh AMR Corp.'s American and US Airways, according to a memo released Monday, the Wall Street Journal reported.

The two airline officials will lead the integration planning pending all necessary approvals of the merger.
